I am very sad that a local San Francisco man was found dead. He was lost in the woods in and his family was found, but he had left to walk for help, and was out in the cold for over 10 days. How sad. I guess the thing to remember from this is, if you are lost, stay with your vehicle. The car with the wife and kids was found, and they are all safe. The same thing happened to my Uncle. He was stranded in a snow storm, and thought he should walk for help. He knew the area, and was headed to a near-by farm house, but apparently had a heart attack and/or froze to death on his journey. His van was found a full day before he was. Too sad.
Work is so very busy, but things are moving along, and keeping me from being bored. Next week I will be going to Malvern PA again. Training Monday - Thursday for our new software. This trip, my boss, Karen is going along. It will be interesting to see if we can be together that many hours and still be friends at the end of the week. We are flying on SouthWest Airlines this time, going through Phoenix. That is good, since it's winter. I would rather have my connecting flight in a WARM city.
Christmas is coming so fast. Last weekend we had a party with co-workers. It was really a fun evening. I put my own Christmas tree up over the weekend. Now I am in the Christmas spirit a bit.
